Summer

Hi,

I know I haven't updated in a while, but here it is. I started volunteering for this daycamp called summerfest, and it's been fun working w/ the children. It is a christian camp, so it will give me a chance to share my faith w/ some of the little ones. Some of them are so sweet, and some of them need a little work. It's tiring, and I don't get paid, but it's worth it. I'm kind of sad that today is the last day of spirit month, but I'm glad that we're celebrating Stephen's b-day. Hopefully Jellinek will be coming w/ me, if her mom lets her. Well, I'll be praying.

Well.....

I'm excited about spirit month, I'm really looking forward to sharing my faith in a unique way and looking silly too. I think it will be a lot of fun. Well, school is drawing to a close, and I just can't wait. It seemed like this school year just flew by. Last year seemed like it would never end. I'm going to be so busy this summer, but I'll get to make a lot of new friends, and that will give me a chance to share my faith. Well, I'll be praying!

Hi,

Well today, me and some other members of our youth group lead youth Sunday. Our group planned this Sunday, and then we lead the whole serivce. I was really nervous at first, because the planning was a bit last minute, and I wasn't sure if things were going to go smoothly. But, I think we did a really good job, and I think God spoke through us, and we may have even influcenced some people for God today too. Our focus was on integrity, and we had a little open discussion about what integrity was, and some of the ways we have/have not maintained integrity. As for me, I know I need to live w/ integrity, b/c sometimes I put on a mask. I just need to be will to confide in others sometimes, and not just think that I'm the only one who can help me deal w/ my problems. I'll be praying.

Hello,

I know that I haven't been updating, up I'm going to try to get back into the swing of things. I'm still struggling, but it is not as bad as it was before. It seems like ever since I broke up w/ my boyfriend, I've been struggling, and my walk is harder. I just want to try to use this to get closer to God, and grow stronger in my relationship w/ Him, but w/ other relationsips as well. I'll be praying.

Well.....

We just got off of spring break and I really wish we hadn't. I went to Myrtle Beach, and I got a tan, which I wasn't expecting, but I guess it's ok. Then later that weekend I went to Free Fall. I wasn't feeling too great, but I still had a lot of fun, and the weekend showed me that I need to focus more on the positive, and let go of some things and people in the past. Time to press foward......
